I Am So Proud Of Each And Everyone Of You Once Again For Walking 6 Miles Everyday With Me For Two Weeks (84 Miles). We Must Continue To Sweat Everyday. We Can Reduce Our Daily Stress By Walking Everyday. It Can Increase Our Self-Confidence, Our Mood And Sleep. For Example, If You Want To Be Able To Relax, Exercise Daily!
