Hi,
I am so proud of each and everyone of you for walking 5 miles everyday with me for two weeks. (70 miles) We must continue to sweat everyday, because sweating has several advantages. For example, sweating daily promotes weight loss, improve heart health, reduce stress and anxiety and boosts endorphins.
